Frequently asked

Honest answers to honest questions.

How quickly can you onboard our practice?

+

Most practices are fully onboarded in 14 business days. Larger groups take 21–30 days. We never go live until your team has signed off on the workflow.

Do you require a long-term contract?

+

No. Our agreements are 90-day rolling. If we don't earn your trust, you shouldn't be locked in.

Will we keep our existing EHR / practice management system?

+

Yes. We integrate with every major EHR — Epic, Athena, Cerner, eClinicalWorks, Kareo, DrChrono, AdvancedMD, NextGen, and 40+ others.

How do you protect patient health information (PHI)?

+

All workflows run on SOC 2 Type II infrastructure. Every employee signs a confidentiality agreement. We sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every client. Annual HIPAA risk assessments are included.

Do you handle credentialing for new providers?

+

Yes — initial enrollment, CAQH maintenance, hospital privileging, and re-credentialing. Average turnaround is 38 days vs the industry's 90–120.

What happens to claims you can't collect?

+

We exhaust every reasonable avenue first — re-bills, appeals, payer outreach, patient outreach. Bad-debt placement is always a last resort, and only with your written approval.
